Reservations & Deposits

  • Reservations can be made via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, especially during high season.
  • Late arrivals (after 5:30 PM) must notify the hotel in advance. A first-night deposit is required for after-hours check-in.
  • If we do not receive advance notice of a late arrival, we may not be able to accommodate check-in until the following day.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM (earlier check-in possible upon request and availability)
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Reception hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily

Rates & Payment

  • All rates are based on double occupancy and include 13% VAT.
  • Extra guests (ages 11+ and adults): $15 per person per night.
  • Children ages 5–10: $10 per night.
  • Payment accepted in US dollars or Costa Rican colones.
  • Please note: there is no bank in Dominical. The town ATM charges approximately $8 per transaction. We recommend withdrawing cash before arriving.

Age Policy

  • Minimum guest age: 5 years.
  • Children under 5 are not accepted.
  • We emphasize a peaceful atmosphere and reserve the right to decline or end a stay if noise policies are not respected.

Pets

Pets are not accepted at Montañas de Agua.

Property & Conduct

  • We are an eco-friendly property. Please respect the natural environment, the garden, and the wildlife.
  • Quiet hours are observed to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms or property during their stay.
